Engine Upgrades
We can upgrade your vehicles engine to best suit your needs. Anything can be done from a full caffeine race build right down to simply making the vehicle reliable for regular driving.
We are on hand to discuss your needs and come up with a package to suit.
We can rebuild your carbs and set the engine up to be reliable; some popular upgraded include stainless steel exhaust systems, electronic ignitions, electric fuel pump conversions and swapping from a dynamo to an alternator.
Alternatively, we could take 2.0 GDI ford engine, add an exhaust system and an ECU upgrade to take you from 150 to 180 BHP whilst improving the engine map and throttle response for fast road applications or track use.
Cooling
Whether you want to rebuild your standard radiator of upgrade it we are on hand to help.
A well know weak point on the Morgans is the radiator, we can offer a supply and fit option on all models, whether that’s a standard size replacement made in aluminium or an uprated radiator with an electronic fan conversion there is a package to suit all from mildly modified to high performance engines.
We can also supply uprates electric fans, convert your viscous to electric and offer a full range up hose upgrades, cooling system over hauls and system flushes to really optimise your cars cooling abilities
Safety
Vehicle safety is paramount in this day and age, especially with the modern road speeds and even more so with modified cars, high performance cars, classics and race cars.
There multiple options available with regards to safety in road cars, such as roll over hoops, seat belts and harnesses if not already fitted, anti-theft devices and fire extinguishers.
We regularly build and fit out race cars to FIA spec so can fit any of the above required in order to pass through strict race regulations.
